Poker Bingo at North Dakota Charitable Gaming Conference & Tradeshow — Official Rules

1. The promotion

Poker Bingo is a free-to-play game FPN Gaming is running for attendees of North Dakota Charitable Gaming Conference & Tradeshow ("the Event"). Players register with their contact details, receive free bingo cards, and compete for the prizes listed below. There is no entry fee and nothing to buy. Poker Bingo is a game of chance played for prizes only; it is not gambling and no money is wagered.

Sponsor: FPN Gaming, the sponsor and prize provider. North Dakota Gaming Alliance (NDGA) & Charitable Gaming Association of North Dakota (CGAND) is the Event organizer and is not a sponsor of this promotion.

2. Who can play

Open to Event attendees who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old at the time of registration (or the age of majority in their state, whichever is higher). Each person may register once, using their own mobile phone number, which must be verified by text message.

Not eligible for prizes: employees, contractors and immediate family members of FPN Gaming and the Free Poker Network, and staff of other exhibiting vendors working the Event. They may register and play for fun; their accounts are marked as house players and are excluded from the leaderboards, the drawing and every prize.

3. How to register and play

  1. Scan the QR code at the FPN Gaming booth or open the game link. Find the FPN Gaming booth in the Exhibit Hall (Dakota Ballroom East).
  2. Enter your mobile number and the 6-digit code we text you.
  3. Complete the registration form: first and last name, organization, role, and email. All fields are required, and so is agreeing to be contacted by FPN Gaming (see Section 8).
  4. You receive 6 free cards — 5 Straight Bingo and 1 Blackout — and can play them any time while the game is open, on your own phone.
  5. Play well, earn more cards. Fast bingos with strong poker hands automatically add bonus cards to your account (Full House or better by call 27 or 33 on Straight; Straight Flush or Full House or better by call 50 on Blackout). Bonus thresholds are shown on the play screen.

Game window: play opens October 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM CDT and closes November 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST. Cards that are not finished by then expire. Registration closes at the same time.

4. How the game works

Every square on your 5×5 card is a playing card. The dealer calls cards one at a time; tap your matches to daub them. As you daub, the game tracks the best five-card poker hand among your daubed cards.

  • Straight Bingo: five in a row (row, column or diagonal; the center square is free) wins the card.
  • Blackout: daub all 24 non-free squares.

When you hit bingo your poker hand is locked in and the number of dealer calls it took is recorded. Both decide the prizes. The game runs server-side; the call order for each card is fixed when the card is issued and cannot be influenced by the player.

5. Prizes

A. Prize drawing — Minnesota Vikings tickets (1 pair)

2026 regular-season game, lower bowl. Every registrant is in. Each Royal Flush adds another entry.

  • Who is entered: every registrant, from the moment they complete registration. One entry per registrant.
  • Extra entries: every Royal Flush hit on any card adds one more entry. No cap.
  • When: After the show · date TBA. FPN Gaming runs the drawing after the game closes using an auditable random selection (HMAC-SHA256 over the entry list with a published seed). The full entry list and seed are available on request.
  • Winner notification: by text message, email and/or phone, using the contact details given at registration. You do not need to be present to win. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the first attempt, or is ineligible, FPN Gaming may draw an alternate.

B. Straight Bingo grand prize — Minnesota Vikings tickets (1 pair)

Straight Bingo with a Royal Flush in 22 calls or fewer. Odds of a qualifying hand on any one Straight card are approximately 1 in 12,000. Awarded to the first player to achieve it during the game window; if more than one player qualifies, each receives the prize or an equivalent prize at FPN Gaming's discretion.

C. Blackout grand prize — Minnesota Vikings tickets (1 pair)

Blackout with a Royal Flush in 40 calls or fewer. Odds of a qualifying hand on any one Blackout card are approximately 1 in 87,000. Same award terms as B.

D. Leaderboard prizes

Two leaderboards run for the Event — one for Straight Bingo, one for Blackout. Each ranks every player's best finished card by fewest dealer calls to bingo; ties go to the better poker hand, then to the earlier finish. Standings are final when the game closes.

  • 1st place on each board: Minnesota Twins 1 oz silver coin
  • 2nd place on each board: FPN Gaming cutting board
  • 3rd place on each board: FPN Gaming swag

Six leaderboard winners in total. One prize per person per board.

E. Unclaimed prizes

If a grand prize goes unclaimed, FPN Gaming reserves the right to award additional prizes in additional drawings among eligible registrants.

F. General prize terms

Prizes are provided by FPN Gaming and have no cash value; no substitution or transfer except that FPN Gaming may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Event tickets are subject to the issuer's terms; seat location and game date are chosen by FPN Gaming. Winners are responsible for any taxes. By accepting a prize, winners agree that FPN Gaming may announce their first name, last initial, organization and city in connection with the promotion unless they ask us not to.

Prizes are provided by FPN Gaming. Team names are trademarks of their owners, who are not sponsors of this promotion.

6. Fair play

One account per person. Accounts created with someone else's phone number, duplicate registrations, automated play, or any attempt to tamper with the game forfeit all prizes. FPN Gaming's game records are the official record of play and are final. FPN Gaming may suspend or modify the promotion if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond its control.

7. Privacy

Registration details are collected by FPN Gaming to run this promotion, deliver prizes and, with your consent, to contact you afterward. They are not sold. The public leaderboard shows your name as registered; the public entrants list shows first name and last initial only.

8. Contact consent

Registering requires agreeing to this statement: "Yes — FPN Gaming may contact me by phone call, text message and email about this event, Poker Bingo and FPN Gaming products and promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. No purchase is necessary to play." You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing contact@fpngaming.com. Withdrawing consent after the Event does not affect prize eligibility.
